Joshua Otis Miller is an award-winning Directors Guild of America member and serves on the DGA African American Steering Committee. With over twenty years of experience writing, producing, and directing narrative features, documentaries, television series, and short films, his body of work spans genres and formats—always rooted in character-driven storytelling that challenges audiences to shift their perspective.

Joshua is the founder and CEO of C&I Films, C&I Studios, C&I Reach, and Qubee. C&I Studios operates full-service production facilities in Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles, and New York, handling all aspects of production from pre through post with an in-house creative suite and a diverse team of professionals.

His upcoming feature Midnight, starring Alexandra Shipp, Milla Jovovich, and Rosario Dawson, is currently in post-production. His next project, The American, starring Brigitte Kali Canales, Eric Aragon, and Rafael Jordan, is in production.

Through C&I Reach, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit he founded, Joshua produces media that elevates the stories of underrepresented communities—partnering with organizations serving vulnerable populations worldwide including AIDS Healthcare Foundation and Jedidiah Learning Steps.
